Poem, guided meditation and art by Eileen Hall
OPENING
The whispers at the edge
Call me into adventure
An opening into the unknown
Releases my routine
And guides me into the mist
From echoes of the past
I feel a future arise
As a dream seed takes root
I feel a symphony of senses
Come to life
A treasure awaits
In the depths of a journey
An exploration that promises
A new song to play
GUIDED MEDITATION
INTO THE MISTS OF TIME
I created these Dreamseeds meditations to take you all on and internal journey through the landscape of the forest and cave of Tayos and to allow you to connect with the wisdom of nature, your heart, your intuition and your body.
They are based on and inspired by the expeditions to Tayos over the years as well as other trips to various ecosystems in Ecuador.
Within them I have combined tools from mindfulness meditation and shamanic visualisation practices with the aim to bring you a rich experience of the dream world so often used in contemplative traditions and which I have now been studying and teaching for a number of years.
Our inner worlds are full of wisdom, insight and beauty, all we need to do is make space to enter, dive in and enjoy.
Allow your imagination and inspiration to lead the way, feel into each moment with your whole being, and allow the currents of ease and grace to soothe your aches and awaken your creativity as you step further and deeper into the great mystery of this existence.
It is an honour to share this adventure with you.

OPENNESS AND EXPLORATION SERIES
I created this series of works to honour two guiding principles that have served me well on my path of discovery and adventure over many years - openness and exploration. Each work is an unfolding eye of awareness, understanding and curiosity, an ever expanding cosm of textures with each layer adding depth to the whole, focusing attention and presence to awaken the senses.
